Psychological and hormonal disorders can have profound effects on marital relationships, leading to disputes and the formation of court cases in family courts. In particular, hormonal disorders often lead to behaviors such as misconduct and sexual dysfunction by causing psychological problems, which in turn exacerbate marital conflicts. However, Interdisciplinary Studies in this field remain numerous, which justifies the context and necessity. The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between dysfunction of hormones such as thyroid, oxytocin and dopamine in women and the emergence of legal and criminal lawsuits in the family sphere. The study was conducted with a descriptive-analytical approach and using a comparative method. The data has been collected and analyzed using the documentation and library method, as well as citing basic experimental studies. However, the question is, can thyroid, oxytocin, and dopamine malfunctions in women be the source of some criminal and legal litigation in family courts? The article is based on the assumption that hormonal dysfunction in women, affecting mood and related behaviors, may directly contribute to the formation of part of family lawsuits. According to the findings of the study, hormonal dysfunction in women can lead to family disputes through mood swings and conflicting behaviors. The results also show that by conducting medical tests and preventive measures and timely control, part of these disputes and even the resulting divorces can be prevented.
