fa بررسی دیدگاه جان رالز در مورد اصل عدالت تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;">عدالت امری انسانی است؛ هر آنجا که انسان قدر نهاده شود، و هر آنگاه که تحقق انسانیت، دغدغه بشر بوده باشد عدالت نیز پای به میدان وجود و نقش‌آفرینی نهاده است. عدالت در طول تاریخ بشر به عنوان ایده و ارزشی مطلوب مورد توجه بوده و انسان همواره رؤیای برقراری عدالت در عالم هستی در سر داشته است. به گفته رالز عدالت نخستین فضیلت نهادهای اجتماعی است؛ همچنان‌که صداقت، فضیلت نظام تفکر است. ازاین‌رو، در همه مکاتب فلسفی و ادیان توحیدی و از نظر همه اندیشمندان اسلامی و غربی این هدف غایی را می‌توان دید. عدالت به دلیل اهمیتی که برای همه عرصه‌های حیات فردی و اجتماعی دارد، از منظرهای متفاوت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. تنوع این حوزه‌ها مفاهیم متعددی از عدالت را مطرح کرده است. ایده برابری ایده ای است که در تمام مفاهیم عدالت مدخلیت دارد. در نگاهی دقیق و در عین حال موسع می‌توان گفت که اصولاً عدالت یک نوع دارد و آن &laquo;عدالت اجتماعی&raquo; است، زیرا عدالت در روابط اجتماعی مطرح است. <span dir="LTR" style="line-height:90%"></span><br> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">تئوری عدالت جان رالز یکی از با نفوذترین آثار مؤثر در زمینه عدالت در دوره معاصر است. در نظریه عدالت رالز، عدالت اجتماعی جایگاهی فراتر از توزیع و بازتوزیع امکانات (یعنی ثروت و فرصت‌ها) دارد. همچنین در این نظریه تضمین حداکثر آزادی برای شهروندان نیز اصلی بنیادین در مفهوم عدالت به شمار می‌آید. </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">عدالت به مثابه انصاف عنوان مقاله‌ای است که او در آن به دو سؤال و ارزش اساسی بشر اشاره می‌کند؛ برابری و آزادی.</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="line-height:2;">Justice is a human matter; wherever man is valued, and whenever the realization of humanity has been the concern of mankind, justice has entered the field of existence and played a role. Throughout human history, justice has been considered as a desirable idea and value, and man has always dreamed of establishing justice in the universe. According to Rawls, justice is the first virtue of social institutions, as honesty is the virtue of the thinking system. Therefore, this ultimate goal can be seen in all philosophical schools and monotheistic religions and in the opinion of all Islamic and Western thinkers. Justice has been examined from different perspectives due to its importance for all areas of individual and social life. The diversity of these areas has raised several concepts of justice. The idea of equality is an idea that is included in all concepts of justice. From a precise and at the same time broad viewpoint, it can be said that there is basically one type of justice and that is &ldquo;social justice&rdquo;, because justice is important in social relations.<br> John Rawls&#39; theory of justice is one of the most influential works on justice in the contemporary era. In Rawls&#39; theory of justice, social justice has a place beyond the distribution and redistribution of possibilities (that is, wealth and opportunities). Also, in this theory, guaranteeing maximum freedom for citizens is also considered a fundamental principle in the concept of justice.
