fa خودکشی و اندیشۀ حق بر مرگ: مطالعۀ موردی مرگِ مریلین مونرو Suicide and the Discourse of the Right to die: Case Study of the Death of Marilyn Monroe پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"> «حق بر مرگ» و «حقوق ناشی از مرگ» دو روایتِ متفاوت‌اند. به لحاظ فلسفی همانقدر که حقِ حیات بدیهی و سازگار با ذائقۀ اغلب نظریه‌هایِ فلسفۀ حقوق است، در صورت نفی انگاره‌های دینی می‌توان با قاطعیت از این سازگاری و یا لزوم اذعان و اقرار به آن در خصوص حق بر مرگ که خودکشی از مظاهر آن است، سخن گفت. خودکشی نمونه‌ای افسارگسیخته از مقولۀ حق بر مرگ است که می‌توان از زوایای مختلفی در مورد آن بحث و جدل نمود. حقایق این حوزه در فهمِ صحیح از چیستی و آثار مرگ و جایگاه فلسفۀ وجودیِ آدمی در خوانش از آن نقش آشکاری دارد. موردکاویِ برخی از این وقایع و حقایق به لحاظ روشیِ در این مسیر نقش یک تسهیل‌گرِ علمی ـ منطقی را ایفا می‌کند. این مقاله که به روش توصیفی ـ حلیلی و متکی بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای ـ اسنادی انجام شده، خود را رهسپارِ این مقصد می‌داند. یافته و نتایج نشان می‌دهند که بخلاف برخی از اقوال مطلقاً قلمروی حق بر مرگ به مقولۀ خودکشی و جلوه‌های مختلف آن محدود نمی‌شود. اگر نحوۀ بروز اراده و قدرتِ انتخاب آدمی در خوانش از این مفاهیم قدری دگرگون شود، پذیرش حقایقِ حوزۀ آنها بسیار ساده‌تر خواهد بود. نوع فهم و درک حقوقی ـ قانونی از مقولۀ خودکشی و حق بر مرگ تأثیر چندانی بر امکانِ روایتِ حقایقِ باطنی موجود در جوار آنها ندارد. این دو مقوله هنوز به قدرکفایت تحلیل و معنا نشده‌اند. به لحاظ عملی وقتی علت قطعی مرگِ کسی و قتل یا خودکشی یا مرگ طبیعی بودنِ آن روشن نیست، اصول اخلاقی ناشی از فراگفتمانِ «حقوقِ ناشی از مرگ» برای دفاع از احتمال مسئولیت‌آور بودنِ مواضع اتخاذیِ کنشگران اجتماعی قابل استناد‌ می‌باشند. مظاهرِ عینیِ این روند را به ‌هنگام خوانش بی‌طرفانه از سرگذشت بانوی عرصۀ هنر، «مریلین مونرو» به‌وضوح می‌توان مشاهده کرد. - کونانی، سلمان. Philosophically, as much as the right to life is Compatible with Most of the theories of the philosophy of law, without a religious attitude, we can speak decisively about this Compatibility or the need to Confession it Regarding the Right to death that suicide is one of its manifestations and meanings. Suicide is an irregular example of the right to die, which can be debated from different ways. The facts of this area play an obvious role in the correct understanding of the nature and effects of death and the place of man in understanding it. This article, was done in a descriptive-analytical Way, seeks to investigate these issues. Results and Conclusion Show that Contrary to some Opinions, the realm of the Right to die is not limited to the Category of Suicide and its various dimensions. If the way of publicizing the will and the power of human choice in understanding these concepts is slightly changed, it will be much easier to accept the facts related to them.The Model of Legal-Lawful recognition of the Concept of Suicide and the Right to die does not have a special effect on the possibility of highlighting their inner Truths. These two issues have not been sufficiently analyzed yet. Practically, when the definite cause of someone's death and whether it is murder or suicide or natural death is not clear, the moral principles derived from the Meta-discourse of Rights caused by death can be cited to discuss the possibility of responsibility for the statements made in this regard. The external dimensions of this issue can be clearly seen during the impartial analysis of the life of the lady of art, "Marilyn Monroe". - Koonani, S. (2024).
