fa حقوق، پساانسان‌گرایی و فناوری: تحلیل تطبیقی نظریات یورگن هابرماس، فرانسیس فوکویاما و برونو لاتور تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:#00000a"><span lang="FA">پیشرفت فناوری‌های نوین نه‌تنها به بازتعریف مفاهیم اخلاقی و فلسفی درباره انسانیت منجر شده‌اند، بلکه پیامدهای مهمی برای حقوق و عدالت اجتماعی نیز به همراه داشته‌اند. مقاله حاضر، به بررسی تطبیقی نظریات یورگن هابرماس، فرانسیس فوکویاما و برونو لاتور می‌پردازد تا به تحلیل چگونگی مواجهه حقوق با مسائل پساانسان‌گرایی و فناوری بپردازد. هدف این مقاله، تبیین تأثیر فناوری‌های نوین بر حقوق فردی و اجتماعی و ارزیابی دیدگاه‌های متنوع این سه متفکر معاصر است. تحلیل‌ها نشان می‌دهند که هابرماس با تأکید بر جنبه‌های اخلاقی و ارزش‌های مشترک انسانی، بر لزوم محدودسازی فناوری‌های زیستی تأکید دارد، در حالی که فوکویاما نگران است که این فناوری‌ها، به تضعیف حقوق بشر و فروپاشی اخلاق جهانی منجر شوند. از سوی دیگر، لاتور با رویکردی شبکه‌ای، تعاملات انسان و تکنولوژی را غیرقابل تفکیک می‌داند و معتقد است که حقوق باید به نحوی بازتعریف شود که این رابطه متقابل را دربر بگیرد. نتایج این پژوهش، نشان می‌دهد که هرچند هابرماس و فوکویاما بر حفظ مرزهای انسانیت در برابر فناوری‌های نوین تأکید می‌کنند، دیدگاه لاتور فرصت‌هایی برای بازتعریف حقوق و قوانین در دنیایی پساانسان‌گرا ارائه می‌دهد. با توجه به این دیدگاه‌ها، نظام‌های حقوقی باید ضمن حفظ ارزش‌های انسانی، به نحوی تحول یابند که قادر به تطبیق با تغییرات ناشی از فناوری‌های نوین باشند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></strong><br> &nbsp;</span> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#00000a">The development of new technologies has not only led to a redefinition of moral and philosophical concepts about humanity, but also has important consequences for law and social justice. This article conducts a comparative study of the theories of J&uuml;rgen Habermas, Francis Fukuyama, and Bruno Latour to analyze how law confronts issues of posthumanism and technology. The aim of this article is to explain the impact of new technologies on individual and social rights and to evaluate the diverse perspectives of these three contemporary thinkers. The analysis shows that Habermas, emphasizing the moral aspects and common human values, emphasizes the need to limit biotechnologies, while Fukuyama is concerned that these technologies will lead to the weakening of human rights and the collapse of global morality. On the other hand, Latour, with a network approach, considers the interactions of humans and technology to be inseparable and believes that law should be redefined in a way that encompasses this mutual relationship. The results of this study show that although Habermas and Fukuyama emphasize maintaining the boundaries of humanity against new technologies, Latour&#39;s perspective offers opportunities for redefining rights and laws in a post-humanist world.
